Goals, Values and Beliefs (taken from our Employee Handbook)

Our goals are simple: To meet the needs of our customers and employees.

The procedure is simply expressed as a two step process. First, communication must be used to determine the need. Second, actions must be taken through which value is added and the needs are met.

Implementation is, of course, another matter. Life abounds with constraints, and as is well known, “the devil is in the details.” That’s the challenge for all of us as employees. One can publish long lists of terms to characterize organizational goals, values, and beliefs. A list of terms that define our company come to mind, for example, fairness, respect, openness, communication, quality, honesty, and so on. But in the end, it’s a matter of the employees inherently knowing and understanding these qualities and acting upon them without being told.

Finally, life is short. Have a good time. Smile.
